Event Information


Thank you for considering The Cypress Club for you Special Day/Event.  We will ensure you leave us with wonderful memories of your special day.

Room Rental Fees


$1,500.00 for Whole Club (if we cater)

$2,500.00 for Whole Club (outside caterer)

$1000.00 for Ballroom only


Payment Options


All bills due before function or by close of event.  We accept Cash, Check, Discover, MasterCard, American Express & Visa. All credit card payment will be charged an addition 2.5% processing fee.


Linen Fees


85x85 Table clothes $3.00 each

53x114 Banquet clothes $4.00 each

61x61 Table clothes $2.50 each

Napkins $2.00 each

This pricing is for white linens only, color pricing will be determined by my cost from linen supplier.

Plus, a 6% sales tax.



A $500.00-$1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of contract being signed.  If no deposit is received the event will be cancelled.


Alcohol-Bartender fees


Bartenders are $50.00 per hour. We require 1 bartender per 75 people to ensure quality service to your guest.


Chair slip covers and fabric ties fees


Chair slip covers if desired are $2.00 per cover

Fabric ties if desired are $1.00 per chair


Overtime Fee


Functions that go more than 45 minutes over their designated ending time will be billed an addition $100.00, plus 6% sales tax per half hour.

Karen’s Corner $25.00 Hour

Ball Room $100.00 Hour

Atrium $50.00 Hour

Pine Room $75.00 Hour


If food is purchased during your event, our hourly rated are negotiable.
